If we’re not being creative, you can often find us at a cozy coffee shop, taking barre and relaxing yoga classes, or traveling to new places with our families! Our deep love for connecting with people, celebrating others’ special moments, and our ongoing passion to serve the community is what motivates us daily to be in this vibrant industry. Picnic Maker Dallas is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to providing exceptional services in the Dallas/Fort-Worth Area. Founded during the unique challenges of 2020, PMD emerged as a dream that transformed into a thriving reality in January of 2021. Since then, we have been fortunate enough to enjoy a tremendously successful year, specializing in luxury picnics that create unforgettable experiences. Additionally, we have expanded our offerings to include the coordination and execution of a variety of events such as birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, engagements, bachelorette weekends, weddings, and much more.

Our dedicated team at Picnic Maker Dallas is certified in Wedding and Event Planning through the reputable Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute, and we are genuinely passionate about bringing joy and ease to our clients at every event we manage. We are thrilled that you have chosen to explore our services, and we would be honored to assist you in making your event a memorable success in any way we can!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes, we do! If you're outside our 30-mile range, there's a travel fee based on your location.

  • We rent our picnics out in two hour windows, but additional hours are available at an extra cost of $75 per hour.

  • Texas weather can be unpredictable. If outdoor conditions are unfavorable, we can move your picnic indoors or reschedule it for a later date. We decide on weather 24 hours prior.

  • Accidents can occur! A $50 security deposit is required when you book. If any equipment is damaged, we will keep the deposit. You will get it back after your picnic if everything is fine. If the damage exceeds the $50 or if items are missing, you will be responsible for the extra costs.

  • You can cancel your event up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within 6 days of the event, you will lose your 50% deposit.

  • We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and checks!
